Bike, Run, or Walk to Support Healthy Aging in Central Vermont!
Meet us at Oxbow Park in Morrisville for an adventure on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail followed by lunch, games, and prizes!
Age Outdoors with us and support healthy aging programs in Central Vermont!
Join us Saturday, September 7th to celebrate healthy aging and raise funds for CVCOA programs and services throughout our three-county service area (Washington, Orange, and Lamoille counties).

10:00 a.m. Oxbow Park Celebration Opens with lawn games, exercise class samples, and more!

Maybe you'll join a team in our afternoon relay (have you ever won a cookie race?)! We’ve got a great lineup of field-day style games and activities for a little friendly competition and lots of laughs!
We encourage all registrants to raise additional support by asking friends and family to contribute a dollar amount for each mile biked, run, or walked, or a fixed donation amount.
Checks can be brought to registration on September 7 or mailed to CVCOA after the event.
This annual fundraiser sustains our innovative programs (including evidence-based exercise classes) and supports our case management team to provide individualized support for long-term care planning, caregiver resources, health insurance counseling, resource access, and more.
