Wilsons' Solar Update
Dear Linda,
This is a bit of a different update to let you know that we have received approval from the power company to have solar panels installed on our house here in Derby. As you may know, living in the hot humid top end of Western Australia means high living expenses, including power bills. Having solar panels installed will help to reduce one of our major ongoing expenses (electricity) and free up resources that can be used for other ministry needs. We would like to open up the opportunity to give towards this project (cost approx. $20,000). As we live in a small remote town there is limited solar panel generation capacity, therefore we have gone ahead with our application, which has been approved and we are anticipating installation early December thanks to a generous interest free loan.
