Join One of Our StoryCircles

The Office of Historic Alexandria and the Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities are commemorating the City’s 275th Anniversary by highlighting neighborhood histories. StoryCircles about specific topics will be held at various recreational centers. A StoryCircle is led by a facilitator and it is where a group of people (5-15 people) tell personal stories. Each StoryCircle is video recorded and archived with the City of Alexandria. Former and current residents are encouraged to attend and share their stories.
