Tools for Healthcare Data Science: Tutorials  signup sheet
We are offering a series of four, 1-day hands-on tutorials with increasing degrees of complexity, to provide an introduction to modern data science tools and resources for analyzing the Clinical Data available to Stanford researchers. The focus of these tutorials will be to familiarize researchers with the underlying data, tools, and resources.

Prerequisites:
1. Stanford University SUNetID
2. Stanford School of Medicine approved laptop (https://uit.stanford.edu/service/mydevices)
3. Complete HIPAA training
4. Some familiarity with the Unix terminal line commands and Python.
5. Trainees should attend the tutorials in order.

Usually, these tutorials will be held on Tuesdays, once a quarter: Venue: MSOB, Rm: 237 OR online from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During the Shelter-in-Place, we are offering them via zoom. You will get an email confirmation with more details (zoom link etc)  once your participation is confirmed. Typically this will happen one week before the tutorial is due to start. In the event that the tutorial is canceled, you will be informed.

The tutorials have also been pre-recorded on the Stanford Starr YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6iGiAO1dKwuC2wOrxnKiNw/about) where you can complete them at your own pace(within 12 weeks). You must check the YouTube option in this Signup sheet. You can visit us during our biweekly office hours(or slack us). You will be given access to both after your participation is confirmed,
