USC SKY Happiness Program (November 11-13, 2022) Scholarship Application
Cultivate confidence, calm and resilience!

The SKY Happiness Retreat is a dynamic and immersive self-development experience for students, staff and faculty. Participants learn an evidence-based meditation practice, gain stress-management and leadership skills, develop strategies for social connection, and engage in peer-driven service initiatives.

Thousands of students in leading universities across the country (e.g. Stanford, MIT, Harvard) say the retreat and its techniques have made them stronger people and leaders by reducing stress, boosting energy, improving time management, and increasing confidence in interpersonal relationships.
