Psychology Undergraduate Outreach Listserv
Many lab manager and research assistant positions in psychology are advertised by word of mouth, obtained through networking, or influenced by the institution an applicant attended.  This structure of employment advertising is inherently biased and puts historically underrepresented minorities and students at non-research focused institutions at a distinct disadvantage.

To address this issue, Yale Psychology’s Committee on Diversity and Inclusion has curated a listserv of emails at psychology departments and career centers at minority-serving and non-R1 undergraduate institutions. It is our hope that, by sharing this resource, we will be able to advertise opportunities for full-time research positions or paid research experiences that would otherwise not be publicized to students at these institutions.

We will only post opportunities that are paid, offer course credit, or provides services to students (e.g., Diversity Visiting Days).

If you would like your institution to be added to our listserv, please email psych.diversity@yale.edu.

A digest of job postings will be sent to the listserv on the 5th of each month.  Please submit job posting by the 1st of the month for it to be sent out that month.
