OH!  It's almost Pride Shabbat - let's represent
In preparation for Pride Shabbat on July 17th, Rabbi Alanna is creating a special, original prayer for pride based on our all of own lived experiences.  Our identities and experiences of gender and sexuality are so deeply connected to who we are as individuals - and can sometimes remain hidden either explicitly (when we do not feel safe), or incidentally (because we look - or may not look) a certain way in our daily lives.

Whether we, ourselves, identify as LGBTQ or we celebrate hand in hand with loved ones, siblings, children, aunts and uncle, beloved friends and family members - Pride is a time to celebrate and give voice to *our* stories of love, of affirmation, and yes - of hurt.  It is a time to see one another in our fullness, and also to *be seen* for who we are, in all of our shades of self.

To be a part of co-creating this very special service reading, please take a moment *to answer some or all* of the questions below.
