Elinor Hawkes
Product Manager (Academic), Oxford Languages
Elinor Hawkes was born and raised in Preston, Lancashire. After studying Music as an undergraduate, she then gained a Masters in Archives and Records Management and worked as an archivist for several years, holding posts at the Bodleian Library and the London School of Economics. Specializing in digitization and digital archives, she then worked for Gale, a Cengage company as Product Editor before joining OUP in 2017 as Business Analyst. In 2021 she joined Oxford Languages as Product Manager for the Oxford English Dictionary and Oxford Dictionaries Premium.

Dr Danica Salazar
World English Executive Editor, Oxford University Press
Dr Danica Salazar is World English Executive Editor for Oxford Languages, where she leads editorial projects for world varieties of English, as well as researches and writes World English entries for the Oxford English Dictionary. She publishes and lectures regularly on lexicography, phraseology, World Englishes and Spanish- and English-language teaching. Dr Salazar is the author of Lexical Bundles in Native and Non-native Scientific Writing (2014), co-editor of Biomedical English: A Corpus-based Approach (2013), and co-author of several language textbooks for learners of Spanish.

Ged Welford
Area Sales Manager, UK and Ireland - Public Sector, Commercial, NFP Global Academic Department
Ged Welford has been at OUP for almost 20 years, working with Government Departments, Public and National Libraries, Museums, schools and other institutions, to enable those outside of academia to access OUP's online resources and journals.

Beatriz Sanz-Lluesma

Beatriz Sanz has been at OUP for a couple of years working with Academic institutions in Spain and and Portugal, and and have spent the last year working with our most valued UK academic customers, managing their online journals and e-resources agreements.

Regional Customer Trainer
I have over 20 years of experience as a librarian in various library settings including academic, public, and special collections across the US. I bring that experience of teaching and working with faculty, instructors and students to OUP to engage users and use instructional design techniques to best approach their research and exploration. As a strong advocate for information literacy, I have the personal philosophy that I don’t judge a book by its cover, but by its index. In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my family, eating well and watching movies.

Jeffrey Shoup is the Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US & Canada. He has been with OUP for 14 years as a sales rep and sales manager, and currently manages sales reps selling to academic libraries, K12 schools, public libraries, and community colleges. He is also involved in developing and managing our sales campaigns in the Americas.
