International Kidney Cancer Symposium

Nov 6–7, 2020 | Online

The Kidney Cancer Association presents the International Kidney Cancer Symposium (IKCS 2020) as a virtual event taking place on November 6 and 7, 2020. This is an opportunity for physicians, researchers, academics, and industry professionals from across the globe to join together in a virtual setting and exchange ideas which will direct the future of kidney cancer research and treatment in the ultimate pursuit of a cure.

The full program covers a wide range of topics, with the Andrew C. Novick Memorial Lecture given by Steven Campbell, MD, PhD, and the keynote entitled “Can Studies of the VHL Gene Get Us to Curative Combination Therapies for Kidney Cancer?” given by William G. Kaelin, Jr., MD – 2019 Nobel Prize recipient in medicine or physiology. The event will also include the IKCS/Virtual Patient Symposium Joint Session on "Treating Kidney Cancer in a Pandemic: Lessons from COVID-19" and there will also be time for virtual posters and networking opportunities.
