Support for Windows 7 & Server 2008/2008R2 has Ended
Greetings!
Effective January 14, 2020, systems running Windows 7, Server 2008 and Server 2008R2 are no longer receiving regular security updates from Microsoft. While most firms have already taken steps to upgrade their systems to supported versions, many have not, leaving them out of compliance and digitally exposed.
To those firms that have fallen out of compliance, prioritizing upgrades to supported operating systems must be added to your technology priority list. We recomend consulting your IT provider today or reaching out to our team at UNAPEN to start discussing a go forward strategy.
