About this ebook

Sometimes the road you’re on is just a detour to your heart's destination...

Kay Rawley has plans. She might be the second child of an earl, but she wants a life away from her father’s estate in New Durma. She wants a life apart from her family’s name. Becoming a lawyer was a bright, shiny object she just couldn’t resist grabbing. Her classes are complete, and all she has to do is pass the bar to get permanent employment at the Dallas law firm where she’s been interning for the past year.

Kay's been on Audrick Van Buren's radar since the day she walked into his classroom two years ago. That admiration only grew when she came to work for his firm. But if there's anything he recognizes, it's a woman who's driven--and Kay is definitely one. It's all he can do to keep his distance and allow her the chance to come into her own. What Van doesn't know is that someone else is watching Kay, too, and if he doesn't step between them, that person might not only derail her career but threaten her very life.

Things aren’t always what they seem, and Kay’s about to learn that the best laid plans are so much better when they go astray.

I really enjoyed the first book in this series so I had high hopes for the second. My biggest disappointment was that I feel like I had just started reading it and it was already over. I liked the story line and the way the relationship between the characters grew, but I feel like everything seemed to happen really fast. Despite being a little stubborn in the first book, I really enjoyed Kay's character so I was excited to get to know her better. I liked that we got to go back to Christmas time from the first book and get to experience things from her point of view. There were multiple times throughout the book that I wanted to shake her for not seeing the signs with Thomas What to say about Van... I love the relationship that he has with not just with Mother but with his whole family. You can tell how important family is to him. I also respected the fact that he kept his feelings/attraction in check through being her teacher and boss. I was a little sad that we didn't get to see more of the rest of the Rawley family, but I'm hoping that they will show their faces again. I received a complimentary copy of Justice for All in exchange for my honest review. All opinions shared are

Reviewed for Candid Book Reviews I have been getting into suspense romance more and more recently. Usually I am wary about them and have to be really sure, but something about this book just caught my attention. Olivia Hardin is a new discovery for me. Strong chemistry, great characters and unexpected surprises made Justice for All an enjoyable read for me. My one issue is that sometimes I felt Kay came across as naive. Her actions lead to some sticky situations. I understand her trying to prove herself. Outside of family connections but sometimes she drove me crazy.
