1. You will be provided a booth location and table by IAS.
2. Please bring all materials for setting up your showcase. This includes as needed a pipe and drape for displaying items, any setup items like scissors, tapes etc,
3. Please ensure that the materials you use do not pose a safety hazard. There are restrictions on fixing signs, posters, placards or banners to the walls; please abide by these.
4. No decorations are to be hung, tacked, taped, or in any way affixed to trees, shrubbery, fencing, lamp posts etc.

No items can be sold in the “jhanki”. It is for display purposes only. If you are interested in selling, please contact IAS vendor team for a vendor booth. 6. Make the displays a true window into the unique cultural and ethnic aspects of your state. E.g. Ethnic fabrics, tools, festivals etc.
