Mindfulness Workshops
Mindfulness workshops will be held this winter and spring, led by Mr Lim and Ms Meyers.

The WINTER MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP will consist of a three-week series and will be held during 5th period in room 402 the following Wednesdays: December  11, 18, and January 8th.

The SPRING MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP will consist of a three-week series and will be held during 5th period in room 402 the following Wednesdays: March 11, 18, and 25.
