Introduction to Hong Kong Taxation香港稅務概論(Course code: P220602)
In addition to providing students with a basic knowledge of Hong Kong tax principles, this course aims to advance their analytical abilities and presentation skills. Students can develop competence in interpreting tax statutes, analysing practical tax problems, applying current tax statutes and conducting basic tax planning in Hong Kong. The course is also designed to develop the student’s sense of professional integrity when dealing with tax related issues in a business environment.

Medium of Instruction:  English supplemented with Cantonese

The instructor was previously employed as Tax Director of one of Big 4 CPA firm. Not only does he have in-depth teaching experience in Hong Kong Tax, PRC Tax, International Tax Advisory and Advanced Taxation Practice for Degree and Master courses as well as professional exams, but also he is able to explain to students how to use a logical approach in analyzing tax issues effectively. He has trained students who become prize winners for professional exams.
