Welcome to the Dec 3rd to 5th SKY Meditation Retreat for University of Arkansas Faculty & Staff in collaboration with University of Washington, Seattle.

The SKY Meditation Retreat is a powerful weekend resilience program. In this rejuvenating Retreat, you will learn and practice SKY Breath Meditation, an evidence-based breath work and meditation practice that can significantly reduce anxiety and stress markers, while increasing overall well-being and calmness. The Retreat features interactive group processes, experiential learning, breath work techniques, meditation, light yoga, and mindful leadership.

The 3-session SKY Meditation Retreat is designed to empower you with evidence-based practices to relax, de-stress, and recharge the body and mind deeply. The weekend retreat is fun and rejuvenating, and totally focused on your current and future well-being.

This program is being offered at no cost to UofA faculty/staff thanks to generous support from SKY Club at University of Washington, Seattle.

SCHEDULE:
The workshop timings are as follows:
  --  Dec 03, Fri | 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm CT
  --  Dec 04, Sat  | 11:00 am - 2:00 pm CT
  --  Dec 05, Sun  | 11:00 pm - 2:00 pm CT

***In order to attend this Retreat, you must be able to participate for all 3 days.

Seats are limited for this retreat. Registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be accepted until we reach capacity.
