Splash Camp Registration
Register for Trinity Lutheran Church's Splash Camp 2022! Please fill out this form for each child you are registering for Splash Camp.

Days: June 30, July 28, and August 11
Time: 1:00pm-3:30pm

The cost of Splash Camp is $5 per child. You can drop off your registration fee at the church office or bring it with you to the first day of Splash Camp.

If your child did not attend Sunday School at Trinity this year, you will have to fill out a release form on the first day of camp when you drop of your child.
