Introduction to China Taxation 中國稅務概論(Course code: P220601)
In addition to providing students with a basic knowledge of China tax principles, this course aims to develop students’ understanding of the basic concepts of major PRC taxes and generic competencies to identify PRC tax issues with the appropriate supporting analyses.

Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
   -  Demonstrate an understanding of major types of PRC taxes;
   - Identify PRC tax issues in practical situations; and
   - Communicate basic PRC tax planning issues effectively in writing and verbally.

This course is also designed to develop the student's sense of professional integrity when dealing with tax related issues in a business environment.

Medium of Instruction:  Cantonese supplemented with English

Not only does he have in-depth teaching experience in Hong Kong Tax, PRC Tax, International Tax Advisory and Advanced Taxation Practice for Degree and Master courses as well as professional exams, but also he is able to explain to students how to use a logical approach in analyzing tax issues effectively. He has trained students who become prize winners for professional exams.
