We are delighted to announce the publication of the latest issue of Brain Plasticity (BPL), the high-quality open access journal focusing on all aspects of neurogenesis, gliogenesis and synaptic plasticity, from development to the adult.

BPL Volume 5, Issue 1 is a new special issue covering the topic: Exercise Effects on Cognitive Function in Humans. This issue includes four research papers and three reviews addressing key issues in the human exercise and cognition field.

The articles in this issue can be accessed via the links below, along with a list of the most read articles in BPL in 2019. The review article in the top spot was also the no.2 most read article across all IOS Press content last year.
