Dear Colleague,

We are delighted to announce the publication of Volume 6, Issue 4 of Bladder Cancer (BLC). This issue hosts an outstanding selection of content, including two review articles, nine research articles and one systematic review. From the editors of the regular journal sections, there are also new Challenging Case, Clinical Trials Corner and Paper Alert contributions.

In this issue, we are also pleased to include a Festchrift honoring the illustrious career of Bladder Cancer board member Prof. Margaret Anne Knowles on the occasion of her retirement. Comments co-Editor-in-Chief Seth P. Lerner: "Maggie, congratulations on a brilliant career. Think Tank 2020 Report

Like many other events this year, the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network's Think Tank meeting transitioned to an interactive virtual meeting that took place in August. More than 240 clinicians, researchers, and patient advocates from the US and six other countries, viewed presentations from leading bladder cancer experts. The 2020 Virtual Think Tank discussion on “BCG-Unresponsive Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer” was co-chaired by medical oncologist Peter Black, MD (Vancouver General Hospital) and urologist Colin Dinney, MD (University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center). The meeting was divided into a clinical panel and a translational panel, and a full report has been published online. Access the report in full via the BCAN website (Fall 2020 newsletter, p.9).

The next Think Tank is planned as an in-person event in August 2021 in Denver, Colorado
