Chef Alan will provide planning, shopping (with your funds), prepping and cooking services for your event. It could be a small dinner party for a few friends, a wedding-rehearsal dinner, an appetizer binge-fest...or some other setting you desire that would become a memorable event with an ample serving of culinary creativity. If you have a space (with cooking accommodations) large enough, Chef Alan will prepare what you want for as many guests as you want.
