The best time to attend a class is between 6 – 7 months pregnancy. Do not wait too long as anything can happen and you might miss the opportunity to attend the class.

Although my class is more suitable for pregnant women preparing to breastfeed, many experienced mommies would still attend to increase their knowledge.

This is a 1-session class.
All my classes are in English.

In many cases the grandparents who are not well-informed regarding breastfeeding are the ones who would discourage and cause many problems with your goals to breastfeed. I strongly encourage you get the grandparents of your baby to attend the class with you. Grandparents attend FREE

Best to be attended while pregnant (so that you would not be distracted by your baby), but it's ok to attend when your baby is about 4 months old and preparing to start weaning at 6 months old

The Nurturing Parents Workshop is designed to teach positive parenting behaviours that would result in an enriched family experience.

• Live-Demo on using wraps and slings
• Participants get to practice with own baby or a doll

• What to expect between 0 - 18 months
• What to do for better sleep?
• Keeping your baby/toddler entertained : activity ideas
