Queer Ally Program
The purpose of the Queer Ally Program is to reduce prejudice, bias, and discrimination towards members of the LGBTQIA communities on the UC Merced campus and in the Merced community by training students, staff, faculty and community members to serve as resources on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual issues and support anyone who is dealing with issues pertaining to their sexual orientation and/or gender identity/expression.
