So I’ve decided to hold my forthcoming Flowing Hatha Yoga retreat in Dahab at the foothills of Mount Sinai. Inspired by the ancient landscape and our need to renew ourselves during the winter months, I've put together a programme of rejuvenating & healing Flowing Hatha Yoga, meditation and breathing techniques to cleanse your mind and body.
With extra activities such as scuba diving, riding with Arabian horses, visiting Mount Sinai, exotic restaurants and shopping, there'll be plenty to do for you to do between Yoga sessions!
