Calm and welcoming office. Hygienists are great and staff is friendly. Fees are determined before visit so there are no surprises.

Excellent service. I was able to have dental cleaning and teeth repaired in a timely manner. Scheduled quickly and dental caries work done without multiple visits. I had let dental go since Co-vid and family priorities. After numbing applied there was no pain or discomfort! I just moved from LA area. I am confidently planning to have my dental implants done by this dentist this summer.

This is my second time back to Crescent dental. My boyfriend has visited this establishment many times and when I moved out here, he recommended it to me. Same as the last time, another great experience! I was in and out in no time. The hygienist was gentle, quick and efficient. I also got some impressions made by Alissa and she Handled that smoothly as well. Dr. Shaw has a great personality and easy to talk to. Made me comfortable with making decisions for my next visit. I would definitely come back and highly recommend others.

If I could give zero stars I would. The Bear office submitted an incomplete authorization on December 20th and didn't let me know it was denied until I called the Wilmington office in late January and the person the Wilmington office resubmitted the authorization and as of today February 7th it has still not been approved. Called the Bear office back and they refused to take accountability for their screw up.

I personally am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist. However my experience at Crescent Dental was excellent. Dr. Shah and Schuyler were very welcoming, and made
my visit worth while. The staff in general are very welcoming, and friendly. The quality of the services provided is thorough and professional. I can now say I don't mind going to the dentist.

My husband and I needed a new dentist because of a insurance change. We visited the Bear location. The staff are friendly. Office was very nice. Our dentist was nice and explained everything well. I was given clear recommendations for follow up and the potential cost of cavity repair. At this time, I am satisfied with my care. I would recommend this office

I've never loved going to the dentist but they are quick, kind, and great at what they do! Everyone who works there is very friendly and I recommend this practice to all of my friends in the area!

Lindsay was my Dental hygienist she was really gentle and very informative. She answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with my visit.

Friendly staff, conveniently located, high tech dentistry. The Dentists are patient and offer a variety of options to assist.
