How much will it cost when I use 24/7 Doctor Call?

The $40.00 Physician Consultation fee is waived on ALL consultations per individual or immediate family per year. All consultations are FREE OF CHARGE regardless of the number of calls, provided that your membership is current.

Are ongoing conditions included?

Since 24/7 Doctor Call is NOT INSURANCE, all ongoing conditions are accepted.

How long must I wait before using 24/7 Doctor Call?

You can start using 24/7 Doctor Call same day as enrollment.

How do I use 24/7 Doctor Call?

After enrolling, you will receive an email that includes your personalized 24/7 Doctor Call information. The information includes Membership Identification cards and a Member Information Guide that describes the services included, and how to use them. To use 24/7 Doctor Call, just call the toll-free numbers provided in your Membership information. Our courteous, friendly staff will guide you through the process.

24/7 Doctor Call allows everyone in your household to use one card at one low monthly rate.

What is the 24/7 Doctor Call cancellation policy?

You may cancel your 24/7 Doctor Call membership at any time, and for any reason. Simply notify us that you want to cancel your membership using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

What is the 24/7 Doctor Call refund policy?

You may request a refund of your Initial Payment only, provided you cancel your service within 30 days of receiving your membership materials by sending an email to service@247doctorcall.com or by calling 1-888-604-5504. Refund will be made either by crediting or cancelling the Initial Payment method used or by sending a check for the amount of the payment at the discretion of 24/7 Doctor Call. No refund of any payment is available after 30 days of receiving your membership materials.
