This is a rigorous course for those who truly want to master the art of constellation facilitation and use this approach successfully in their personal and professional life. In over twenty years of teaching, including training internationally, I have honed my course to create an effective, engaging, and lasting learning experience for participants. Participants' continue learning from this program even after the course has ended.

Module 1: Chairwork: The Art of Inquiry (Online)
    •    Navigate the client’s story effectively without getting lost in it

    •    Recognize & use pivotal “hot spots” & “turning points” & how to use those
    •    Foster ownership for change in clients
    •    Master the double triangle model of leading a constellation within a group
    •    See yourself as your clients see you - the best feedback you can get to accelerate your development as a facilitator
    •    Recognize & work effectively with the non-verbal, somatic expression of your representatives to go deeper with less drama.
    •    Gain confidence in your ability to "read the floor" (or "tabletop") and your group

Module 3: Applying Constellations & Building Your Practice (Online)
    •    Apply your learning deeply throughout your work and your life
    •    Receive individual coaching and support from Jane for your own development as a facilitator
    •    Gain clarity about your goals & create your own unique pathway to integrate this approach into your own practice
    •    Deepen your skills leading groups and working with individuals
    •    Identify & regulate split groups successfully so all benefit
    •    Create the necessary safety to enable deeper truths to emerge
    •    Facilitate self-generated solutions from within the group

Location

The online portion of the program will take place via Zoom webinar.  To join you need only a computer, an internet browser, and a smart phone style headset. The in-person session will take place south of the Portland area on a new organic small farm.

Program Trainer

 Jane Peterson, PhD, is the founder and director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc. She is a renowned trainer of systemic constellation work in Asia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and the U.S. She served on the faculty of the annual Systemic Constellation Intensive in Bernried, Germany from 2007 to 2015, and taught in the International Organizational Constellation Training Intensive in 2004, 2006, and 2010.  Dr. Peterson served as a contributing writer, editor, and member of the Advisory Board for The Knowing Field Magazine from 2006 through 2012. In addition to being a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach, she holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.  She is an INFOSYON Certified Master Trainer.
