CCMB

Virtual

Open Week

About Open Week

Every year at CSIR-CCMB, one of the premium research bodies across the world, we open our doors for young minds to get a sneak peek into the ongoing research activities that take place in various labs. Thousands of people from all across the country visit the state-of-the-art facilities at CCMB irrespective of their age, educational background or gender. Open day at CCMB not only educates the common audience about the cutting-edge research we do here, but it also inspires young students from various schools and colleges to take science as a career option. Along with that, people also get to interact with students pursuing research in various fields of science and see their lab’s contribution via simple demonstrations and presentations.
This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are switching to virtual mode, but instead of a single day of fun, we are celebrating a full open week where various eminent scientists from CCMB will be discussing various topics followed by entertaining quizzes, games and lots of fun. Come, join us in celebrating the legacy and contribution of CCMB in science and technology for a full week. Click here to book a slot for a virtual tour of CCMB.
